We take your ideas all the way from concept to technical design through the planning process and up to building regulation submissions and then handover to your chosen contractor.

Lime Tree Designs has an extensive portfolio of residential work specialising in loft conversions, residential refurbishments and home extensions of all sizes. We have been involved in design and construction of this type for over a decade and overseen the drawing, planning and construction of nearly 1500 residential projects in the past.

This means more construction and less head scratching from the contractor! AND if there are any issues on site that requires any input then we can be on site that day to assist.
